“What Peace Means to Me….”
An invitation to artists, actors
writers, photographers, singers,
musicians, poets, dancers, and film
makers of all ages and walks of life to
come together for a personal creative
exploration of “What Peace Means
to Me.”
Write an essay, create an art project
and submit your creative expression
to the first Unity Peace Festival
coming March 2010.

Speaking: Unity Peace Film Project
will provide school and community
organizations with speakers who are
advocates for world peace,
forgiveness and conflict resolution.
Speakers include Takashi Tanemori,
the Urban Samurai, Hiroshima
survivor and author of
Hiroshima: Bridge to Forgiveness.

Grants: Some financial grants for
selected aspiring creative artists are
available to use for tuition, equipment,
film stock and other costs of music,
film and media education.
